I've mentioned before about the summer colour palette. Here's another example with soft pinks and yellows in this long exposure I took down at St Clair Beach. Here's a photo from St Kilda beach that I really love. It's got all the colours of a traditional summer palette. There's blues and greens that are close to nature and contrasted with soft pinks and yellows. It's cool and elegant in an understated way. So much much to love. Believe it or not but this is a summer image of Dunedin. I took it while out on the Otago Peninsula and it was as windy as anything. The initial image was in colour however converting it black and white gave it a closer feel to what the days was like. Shortly after taking this, on the way home, it started to pour down!
